Our Services

Therapies Provided

Using a holistic and integrative therapeutic approach, we provide tailored, focused and evidence-based psychological therapy including (but not limited to):

  • If you find yourself stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking or behaviour, CBT can help you understand and change them. It focuses on how your thoughts, emotions, and actions interact, and builds practical skills to respond more effectively in challenging situations. This can support improvements in mood, confidence, and day-to-day functioning.

CBT is often helpful with anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep difficulties.

  • If you feel caught up in overthinking, avoidance, or self-doubt, ACT helps you develop a different relationship with these experiences so they have less impact on your actions.

ACT focuses on building psychological flexibility and supporting you to move toward what matters to you, even in the presence of discomfort. This can lead to a greater sense of clarity, direction, and resilience.

ACT is often helpful for anxiety, burnout, low mood, and difficulties related to stress, identity, or life transitions.

  • If you notice the same patterns showing up in your relationships or how you see yourself, Schema Therapy can help you understand and shift these at a deeper level.

These patterns often develop early in life and can contribute to ongoing difficulties such as self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection. Therapy focuses on recognising these patterns and developing more adaptive ways of responding to your needs.

Schema Therapy can be helpful for persistent or recurring difficulties, particularly in areas of self-worth, relationships, and emotional regulation.

  • If you feel stuck with memories or experiences that still trigger strong emotional reactions, EMDR can help reduce their intensity and hold over you.

It uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation while working with key memories, supporting the brain to process them in a more adaptive way. This can lead to shifts in how you feel, think, and respond in situations that previously felt overwhelming. Importantly, it does not require detailed retelling of your experience, which many people find more manageable.

EMDR can be helpful for PTSD, trauma, anxiety, specific phobias, and distressing experiences that continue to affect day-to-day functioning.

  • If you feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted despite your efforts, EMDR 2.0 offers a more focused and efficient approach to help you move through them, relative to standard EMDR.

It uses increased working memory taxation alongside bilateral stimulation during processing to reduce the emotional intensity of distressing experiences. This can help shift patterns that feel deeply stuck, including negative beliefs and internal blocks.

EMDR 2.0 can be helpful for PTSD, complex trauma, specific phobias, anxiety, and difficulties related to performance such as low confidence, self-doubt.
